Regional Marketing Co-ordinator responsible for Germany, United Kingdom and France

A successful Norwegian company is searching for an action driven Regional Marketing Co-ordinator with a strategic mind.

We are on the journey to build story driven, globally successful brands and offer exciting opportunity to join us on this journey. The role is a temporary position for one year and will report to the Brand and Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Localization and implementation of campaigns and marketing material developed by Global marketing including translations and local adaptions of material and assets
  • Responsible for local product launches and related communication activities
  • Follow up local social media platforms and run local social media paid campaigns
  • Optimize content distribution in both paid and own digital channels
  • Insights and performance monitoring and reporting back to global marketing
  • Responsible for identification of and partnerships with local influencers
  • Plan and conduct local events
  • Update and improve local websites
  • Support country managers in developing retailer marketing plans
  • Supports Country Managers with communication materials for the local retailers
  • Secure, guide, and govern correct and consistent execution of the brand visual guidelines
  • Develop in-house team capabilities via coaching, guiding, being the role model

Experience:

  • Relevant education in Business or Marketing (Minimum Bachelor degree)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German. Other languages are a bonus
  • Experience from working with international brands and across cultures
  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record from leading and implementing campaigns
  • Proven track record from managing consistent brand identity

Travelling is required in this position.
